Meet Nicole!

Nicole is a licensed social worker and dedicated advocate for mental health. With extensive experience working across diverse populations, she has supported individuals and families facing mental health challenges, homelessness, and systemic barriers to care, with a particular focus on multisystem youth. She began her journey at Kids Thrive in business development, working to connect the community to vital services. Now, as Director of Operations at Central, she is excited to continue using her expertise, leadership, and dedication to support families, enhance access to care, and foster long-term well-being.
