Abigail McDermott, with over 15 years of experience supporting children and adolescents in various settings, began her journey with Kids Thrive as a Team Lead. Her expertise in crisis de-escalation and therapeutic behavioral supports has been instrumental in shaping the program’s foundation. Over time, Abigail’s dedication and leadership qualities propelled her to the role of Executive Director. In this capacity, she continues to spearhead initiatives aimed at empowering youth and fostering growth, solidifying her legacy as a champion for positive change in the lives of young individuals.
